Summer time basically means festivals non-stop, and it was the turn of 2000 Trees a few weeks ago! 2000 Trees is always one of the nicest and most exciting festivals in my calendar, as the people are always lovely, there's always great bands and a host of friends, great food on offer (yes, this is very important) and it is in a lovely location.

Tucked away in the Cotswolds on Upcote Farm, attending 200 Trees is very much like attending a festival in your back garden (that is the size of a farm - imagine with me people); cosy, nice lights, friends, food and great music. Sounds perfect, right? Correct! This year's slot at the festival came after what i'd say was a stressful but very successful show at Fibbers, York (with Black Peaks as wonderful  support), where we debuted/tested some show visuals and lights that I had been working on. It's always very nerve-wracking for me to do show production, but I love when it all comes together.

As always, Arcane Roots played an absolutely cracking set on the Main Stage to a PACKED crowd...

Then there came the ever so dreamy Forest Session...

Tomorrow I will hit Y Not Festival with Arcane Roots - Catch them on the Giant Squid stage at 7:30PM - See you there!
